Needlework Session 1
Cross-Stitch Pillow
- A perennial favorite project due to the discovery of the pattern and the rhythmic quality of making the stitches. This was the most asked for project to repeat by students.
- Students must be at least 9 years old and able to follow directions of how to handle a sewing needle safely as well as work for a class period (1 hour) with small breaks.
Class size is limited to 6 – 10 students Parental supervision is required.
Knitting Session 1
Knitted Hat with Tassels or Kitty Ears
- A great hat to knit whether you are a beginner or a more experienced knitter. Variations make it fun for knitters of different skill levels.
- Student must be at least 8 years old and know their right hand from their left and be able to work for a class period (1 hour), with small breaks.
– Class size is limited: 6 – 10 students. Parental supervision is required.
Crocheting Session 1
Crocheted Horse Reins Toy
- A terrific project that is fun to make and fun to play with. This is a delightful toy for children and leads to hours of galloping fun. A good project for those new to crocheting and those more experienced.
- Student must be at least 8 years old and be able to work for a class period (1 hour), with small breaks.
